Advocate, Managing Partner

Irfan J. Kassam is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya (Dip. In Law, KSL) and the Managing Partner of Jafarali & Company Advocates. He is also a Certified Arbitrator (CIArb Kenya) and a Facilit8 SDRC Accredited Mediator. Kassam holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Strathmore University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law. Kassam has specialist experience in the following areas: Criminal law, Conveyancing and Real estate, Civil Litigation, Tax law, Construction law, Corporate and Commercial law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution. As a legal luminary and the head of the firm, Irfan Kassam has been able to seamlessly manage the firm to its current success.

Deputy Managing Partner

Iqbalfatma Jaffry is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and the Deputy Managing Partner in the Firm. She holds a Master of Laws degree in Corporate and Financial Law and a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi. Jaffry is an avid legal researcher and writer who has keen interest in matters corporate governance, arbitration law and environmental law.

Julius Ondijo is a graduate of Egerton University School of Law, holding an LLB degree. He has completed his postgraduate diploma at the Kenya School of Law and is awaiting admission to the Roll of Advocates.  Apart from being a proficient legal writer and researcher at the firm, He has also taken a keen interest Arbitration and is currently enhancing his skills in Arbitration through arbitration training and is set to pursue certification in company secretarial studies.

Benard Kabi is a dedicated and detail-oriented legal professional currently awaiting admission to the Bar. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Law (Paralegal Studies) from the Kenya School of Law. Kabi has gained valuable experience in both litigation and conveyancing, with a particular interest in criminal and commercial matters. He also has a growing specialization in data privacy compliance, offering practical insights into regulatory frameworks and corporate risk management.
